**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain Microsoft-based infrastructure, including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS/DHCP, and related services.
- Manage and provide support for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Ensure the smooth operation of IT systems with timely updates, patching, and performance monitoring.
- Deliver first and second-line technical support to internal teams, ensuring mínimal disruption to business operations.
- Implement and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Monitor system usage, detect irregularities, and proactively resolve potential issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, policies, and IT procedures.
