As a Jr. Sous Chef, you are responsible for assisting the Outlet Chef for the production of pastries, breads and desserts in the day-to-day operation, taking over all responsibilities during his / her absence, striving for the highest possible guest satisfaction.

**1.** **Specific Duties and Responsibilities**:
1.1 Prepare daily production list.

1.2 Ensure that all stations remain stocked at all times.

1.3 Ensure that all kitchen staff follow the standard receipe and food portioning.

1.4 Ensure that all dishes leaving the Kitchen are of appropriate portion and presented as per recipe and presentation standards set by the restaurant outlet.

1.5 Oversee the whole kitchen operation in the absence of his/her superior.

1.6 Attend required meetings and daily briefings with your team members ensuring efficient communication, to run the Kitchen section smoothly.

Must have knowledge/experience in Turkish cuisine.

Must be Turkish national.
