**Job Title**: Superintendent - Structural / Fabrication

**Primary Purpose of the Role**

The **Superintendent - Structural / Fabrication** will be responsible for executing detailed fabrication and erection services related to **structural and piping disciplines**. The role involves managing manpower, supervising foremen and supervisors, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and coordinating with multiple departments to deliver fabrication and erection works efficiently as per project requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute and supervise fabrication and erection activities for **structural and piping systems**.
- Manage and monitor performance of direct manpower, foremen, and supervisors.
- Ensure adherence to **HSE**, **Quality**, and **project specifications**.
- Coordinate with engineering, QC, painting, and other site departments for seamless work execution.
- Plan and allocate work based on project schedules and priorities.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Liaise with engineering teams for drawings, deliverables, and clarifications.
- Oversee **load-out activities** and ensure readiness of manpower, materials, equipment, and consumables.
- Support brownfield fabrication works including deck extensions, module modifications, and subsea spools.
- Ensure all works are executed in accordance with project drawings, procedures, and safety standards.
- Promote teamwork, provide on-the-job coaching, and maintain strong communication within the team.

**Core Competencies**
- Strong experience in **offshore structural fabrication** including:

- Jackets, piles, boat landings, riser guards, and J-tubes
- Topside decks, bridges, flare booms, and modules
- Piping spools and pipe supports
- Subsea spools and sleepers
- Sound knowledge of **HSE practices**, **Quality systems**, and **work procedures**.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and coordinate across disciplines.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- **Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering** or equivalent.
- **5 to 10 years** of experience in **Oil & Gas offshore fabrication** projects.
- Proficiency in **English** (spoken and written).
