Segula Technologies is seeking an experienced **HSE Site SIMOPS Coordinator** to join our international team on a prestigious **Oil & Gas project in Qatar**. You’ll play a vital role during the construction and commissioning phases, ensuring that all **simultaneous operations (SIMOPS)** are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

This is a dynamic, field-based role that offers both challenge and impact in one of the world’s most critical industrial sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular **HSE inspections and audits** throughout the SIMOPS and construction phases.
- Ensure proper implementation of **safety protocols and emergency procedures** on-site.
- Collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to proactively **identify and mitigate risks** associated with concurrent operations.
- Liaise with contractors, client representatives, supervisors, and other stakeholders to **align safety strategies and practices**.
- Participate in **coordination meetings and site walkdowns** to drive continuous HSE improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid experience in **HSE coordination roles** within industrial or energy sectors, preferably Oil & Gas.
- Hands-on knowledge of **construction and commissioning** workflows in operational sites.
- Prior involvement in **SIMOPS management** is essential.
- Fluent in **English** (spoken and written) - clear communication is key.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - confident in **cross-functional team environments**.
