**Scope and Purpose**:

- Manage supplier relationships and reducing risks within the procurement cycle
- to promote, develop and pursue ‘Value for Money’ in all procurement revenue-generating activities
- Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
- Manage and administer tenders with suppliers
- Procurement of products and services through the whole purchasing cycle from obtaining quotations, and placing orders via monitoring deliveries until the evaluation of stock levels of warehouse and service storage locations.
- Provide vital support to all departments activities such as pre-sales and project execution.
- Task involves close cooperation with order management, sales, finance ,and project management functions.
- Manage the logistic in & out.
- Manage inventory & align the spare parts forecast with all departments.
- Manage the SABER registration & obtaining SASO certificate.

**Key Result Areas / Responsibilities**:

- **Effective communication**:

- Communicate effectively and negotiate purchasing orders or supplier framework contracts, when necessary.
- Submit monthly report Spend vs Budget to the General Manager
- Respond and update stakeholders involved in the procurement according to the agreed SLA.
- **Leadership and Collaboration**:

- Can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Manage and administer the tender process
- Works within the Company’s procurement policy and budget threshold and has the authority to a compliant and responsible selection of suppliers and products on behalf of the Company
- Administrative / Procurement Process
- Generate purchase orders for inventory items and obtain necessary approvals.
- Liaise with warehouse for machines and spare parts shipments including order cycle with our relevant office
- Managing the stock transfer orders for local warehouse and service storage locations
- Processing of intercompany and subsidiary's service requirements including invoicing
- Invoicing and follow-up of outstanding payments
- Monitoring and follow up of purchase orders and delivery times
- Provide administrative support to the sales and service team
- **Supplier management**:

- Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
- Maintain good supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, as applicable to the volume of procurement under a supplier framework contract
- Research and evaluate new / prospective suppliers
