**Job Title**: Network Security Engineer Location: Qatar (Outsourced to Government Organization) Position Type: Full-time Experience: Minimum 5 years in Network Security Industry Preference: Government Organizations (Advantage)

As a Network Security Engineer at Arab Solutions, you will be deployed to work with a key government organization in Qatar. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of the network infrastructure, with a focus on the unique requirements of government entities.

**Responsibilities**:
**Network Security Implementation**: Design, implement, and maintain robust security measures for the government organization's network infrastructure.

**Firewall Management**: Configure and manage firewalls to protect against unauthorized access and security threats.

**Intrusion Detection and Prevention**: Implement and maintain intrusion detection and prevention systems to safeguard the government network.

**Vulnerability Assessment**: Conduct regular assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities in the network.

**Security Policy Development**: Develop and enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government standards.

**Incident Response**: Actively participate in incident response activities, including investigating and resolving security incidents within the government organization.

**Collaboration**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security solutions into the overall IT architecture of the government organization.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in network security roles.
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCNP Security are highly desirable.
Proficiency in firewall administration and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and security best practices.
Experience with security tools and technologies.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

**Advantageous Qualifications**:
Experience in working with government organizations.
Familiarity with government-specific security standards and regulations.
Previous work on projects involving government-related networks.
