**Visa Consultant**

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: SAR 4,000 - SAR 4,000 + Incentives
**Reporting To**: Visa Processing Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

**Visa Consultation and Processing**
- Guide clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation.
- Assist in document preparation, verification, and submission.
- Ensure compliance with embassy and immigration regulations.

**Sales and Business Closing**
- Convert leads into confirmed clients through strong consultation skills.
- Offer customized visa solutions to meet client needs.
- Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close deals efficiently.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote express visa services, travel insurance, and flight bookings.

**Customer Relationship and Retention**
- Follow up with potential clients to drive successful conversions.
- Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Provide visa validity and travel advisory to clients.

**Coordination with Embassies and Visa Centers**
- Work with VFS Global, TLS, embassies, and consulates for smooth processing.
- Stay updated on visa policy changes and common rejection reasons.
- Arrange priority and express visa processing when needed.

**Reporting and Performance Monitoring**
- Maintain lead records, consultations, and closed deals in CRM software.
- Analyze conversion rates and sales trends.
- Provide regular sales performance and client feedback reports.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to QAR4,000.00 per month
