Supervise and maintain the workers' camp, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper organization.
- Ensure the safety and security of all residents and camp property, preventing unauthorized access.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for plumbing, electrical, and general repair works in the camp.
- Oversee meal arrangements, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and timely service.
- Ensure the camp meets health and safety regulations, including waste management and sanitation.
- Monitor resident attendance, ensure compliance with company policies, and address any disciplinary issues.
- Manage stock levels of kitchen supplies, cleaning materials, and other essential items.
- Act as the first point of contact in case of medical emergencies or other incidents in the camp.
- Coordinate with HR and management regarding worker grievances, camp maintenance needs, and other operational issues.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: Minimum **3-5 years** in camp management, preferably in a **construction or industrial** setup.
**Education**: Diploma or equivalent qualification in **Facility Management, Hospitality**.
Strong **leadership and people management** skills. Basic knowledge of **maintenance, food safety, and hygiene**. Ability to handle conflicts and **enforce discipline** fairly. Good communication in **English, Hindi, and other local languages**. Must be able to work under pressure and **handle large workforce accommodations**. Knowledge of **camp security procedures and emergency response**.
