Ø Utilizing competencies of hospitality practices as per the guidelines and standards of all departments.

Ø Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant area as per the safety and sanitation standard of departments

Ø Assisting in product quality reviews and assurance of guest satisfaction in the restaurant.

Ø Restaurant supervisors typically visit dining tables to check on guests and make sure they are satisfied with food choices and service. They get opinions about the restaurant’s food, menu, ambience, and other factors.

Ø They oversee food presentation, ensure restaurant cleanliness, manage restaurant decor, and review customer survey responses to identify areas in which customer service can be improved.

Ø Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally

Ø Manage inventory and monitoring/checking of daily production ordering FOH

Ø Maintenance issues reports;
Ø MP representative task

Ø Arranging daily sales and reports and cash deposit

Ø Handling/arranging petty cash;
Ø Making weekly schedule FOH monthly attendance, maintenance/HR reports;
Ø Training for staff (menu, new dishes and drinks

Ø Chain of communication between management and subordinate staff;
Ø Oversee all front and back of the house restaurant operations

Ø Maintain quality control for all food served

Ø Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience

Ø Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies, and cleaning products; order accordingly

Ø Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs

Ø Generate weekly, monthly, and annual reports

Ø Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff

**Salary**: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month
