We are seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Gelato Chef to join our dynamic team.

As a Part-Time Gelato Chef at Moka & Co., you will be responsible for producing exceptional gelato with a focus on decoration and presentation. Your artistic touch and attention to detail will help elevate our dessert offerings to the next level, ensuring every scoop is a masterpiece. This position requires a blend of culinary skills and creativity, making it perfect for someone who loves both cooking and artistic expression.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and produce gelato according to Moka & Co. recipes and standards.
- Focus on creating visually appealing gelato decorations and presentations for our products.
- Experiment with flavor combinations and presentation techniques to innovate new seasonal offerings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to streamline production processes.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients as needed.
- Participate in special events and promotions showcasing our gelato creations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a culinary or pastry role preferred, with specific knowledge of gelato-making a plus.
- Strong artistic sense and attention to detail when it comes to presentation and decoration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Positive attitude and effective communication skills, working well with a team.
