**Department**
FIELD OPERATIONS (IDD EL-SHARGI)

**Primary purpose of job**
The position is responsible for preventive, corrective maintenance and troubleshooting activities on offshore Control

Systems to ensure systems integrity and performance.

**Experience & Skills**:

- At least 8 years’ experience in Industrial Automation and Control and Instrumentation systems, preferably in offshore Oil &
Gas industry.
- Instrumentation Engineer is demanded to have good understanding and hands-on experience with industrial automation

systems and standalone PLC based packages, such as ABB DCS Infi90 + HMI 800xA, HIMA, TRICONEX, ABB Advant,

Allen-Bradley PLC family.
- Must be conversant with Control Systems design documentation such as P&ID, Loop Drawings, Control Schematics, C&E

Matrix, equipment data sheets.
- Additionally strong knowledge of Oil and Gas offshore operations and maintenance regime, DCS and standalone PLC

based systems and packages, field instrumentation and controls is an advantage.
- Focal point in field for Cybersecurity activities and incidents.

**Education**
Minimum Education:
BS degree in Electronics, Telecommunication or Instrumentations Engineering or equivalent.
