**Job Summary**:
BIM Modeler will be proficient in BIM software and have a strong understanding of engineering principles. Will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate and detailed BIM models for a variety of projects.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models based on design specifications and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Extract 2D drawings and documentation from the BIM model.
- Perform clash detection and interference checks to identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Create and manage BIM families and libraries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies and industry standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM processes and workflows.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM execution plans.
- Provide technical support to project teams regarding BIM-related matters.

**Education & Experience**:

- Bachelor's in Architecture or Engineering
- Certificate in BIM Authoring Tools.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience
- Proven experience in BIM modelling using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and construction processes.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of BIM collaboration platforms
- Proficiency in additional BIM software
