Located in the former Ministry of Interior building, The Ned Doha offers seven restaurants, 90 bedrooms, event venues, and Ned’s Club, a private members’ club that gives access to spaces including a rooftop terrace, a health club with spa, gym and 30m outdoor pool.

**Job Purpose**:
To provide high-quality tailoring services for guest garments, staff uniforms, and hotel linen, ensuring all alterations, repairs, and fittings meet the brand’s luxury standards. The Tailor plays a vital role in maintaining the impeccable image and comfort of both guests and colleagues, contributing to the hotel's elegance and operational excellence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform alterations, repairs, and fittings on guest clothing and staff uniforms with precision and care.
- Maintain and manage uniform inventory, including stitching, labeling, and distribution.
- Operate and maintain sewing machines, irons, and other tailoring equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all tailoring work meets the hotel’s high standards of quality, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and laundry teams to maintain consistency in fabric care.
- Keep tailoring area organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Assist in emergency repairs for uniforms or linen during peak operational hours.

**Qualifications & Competencies**:

- Proven experience as a tailor, preferably in a hotel or luxury service environment.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, stitching techniques, and garment construction.
- Ability to perform alterations quickly and with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
