Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **HSE Coordinator**to join our team In this role you will get to perform as Client HSE Representative to ensure site wide / client local projects in line with client requirements, QCS latest version, relevant International Standards and Qatar Law..

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Execute HSE programs that promote Safety culture and development of the city
- Conduct a Verification inspection of the FM Contractors based on the Managing Agent's inspection reports
- Schedule a client HSE walkthrough together with the Managing Agent and the FM Contractors Management Team
- Partake in the accident/ incident investigation for any FM and operations related cases
- Analyze incident/ accident reports from Managing Agent to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct Inspection and compliance audits of Developer Contractors against HSE standards and local regulations as part of due diligence efforts.
- Oversee HSE Events Management
- Conduct scheduled& unscheduled HSE inspections in labor camps to identify hazards, ensure compliance to all relevant HSE regulatory requirements, and recommend corrective actions.
- Implement emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures, first aid, and coordination with emergency services.
- Attend trainings for the improvement of HSE performance
- Maintain accurate records related to safety training, incidents, inspections, and any other relevant data
- Prepare reports on HSE performance, incidents, and compliance for review by management
- Liaise with the Authorities for any HSE related issues
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with mínimal guidance

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor ' s degree in Occupational Heal th and Safety or an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience with city management organizations would be an advantage
- Experience in HSE operat i ons
- Able to advise and support engineering and construction safety related matters
- Working knowledge of city management/ real estate operations
