Quality & Safety Officer (Health Care - Clinic and

1. Knowledgeable in DHP licensing, hospital administration, and MOPH standards.
2. Create and collect all documentation required to meet international or local standards for Legal, Quality Assurance & Accreditation requirements.
3. Facilitates conducting risk assessment activities for clinical and non-clinical areas as per the risk management plan. Collaborates with clinical and operational departments and services to identify areas for improvement to implement quality improvement initiatives.
4. Audit departments for compliance with international or local requirements. Complete reports and analysis in support of Clinical Operation Manager.
5. Coordinates the investigation and conduction of root cause analysis of actual and potential serious/sentinel events in the clinic.
6. Prepares and presents reports to the COM on issues impacting the delivery of quality services Hospital-wide relative to the assigned section.
7. Facilitates and supports quality improvement projects requiring interdisciplinary or departmental participation.
8. Facilitates the implementation of the specific plan for the assigned section inclusive of annual goals and objectives and reporting mechanisms.
9. Participates in the development and revision of the departments policies and procedures and the curriculum for staff education and training in alignment with the section plan.
10. Participate in self and others educational sessions relating to assigned section and quality, safety and customer services related education as assigned.
11. Participates in implementing quality management and quality improvement programs.
12. Participates actively in the assigned committees, taskforces, and teams
13. Follows all clinic related policies and procedures.
14. Performs other related duties as assigned.
15. Support in managing the accreditation process including the development of work plans, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring/summarizing progress to goals.
16. Involve management in the accreditation process and provide guidance to successfully deliver accreditation and compliance standards within defined timeframes.
17. Conducts regular meetings with departments to address delays on accreditation plans and come up with solution to address those.
18. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard any sensitive information.
Mandatory requirements:
- Hospital or clinical setting experience related to accreditation and ISO certification.
- Vast knowledge in Ministry of Public Health policies for clinics, hospitals, licensing, DHP licensing, etc.
