About the role

As Occupational Health Nurse Manager, you will support the Senior Manager Occupational Health Services in establishing and maintaining and Occupational Health Service to support the entire Qatar Airways Group. You’ll provide tactical support to the business and employees to ensure staff are and remain fit and safe and that job related health hazards are appropriately controlled.

Additional accountabilities:

- Developing and delivering training programs to internal and external stakeholders as well as direct and support the departments Occupational Health Advisors
- Oversee the implementation and usage of the Occupational Health Service
- Develop and lead the implementation and promotion of Occupational Health culture across the business
- Advise on matters relating to Occupational Health at work, including legal obligations and responsibilities of managers and employees
- Work with Qatar Airways Group Medical Commission to ensure cost effective and appropriate pre-employment health screening

**Qualifications**:
**About you**

You should be holding a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or higher, with a post graduate Nursing qualification in Occupational Health

Additional experience:

- 7 years relevant experience, with some experience in management
- Experience in commercial, industrial or military occupational health, aviation sector experience is beneficial
- Teaching or training experience is beneficial
