An IT Startup is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales specialist to join our team.

As a sales specialist at our company, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, and closing deals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and cold calling
- Manage sales pipelines and maintain accurate sales forecasts
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to inform sales strategies

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry in Qatar
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities for growth
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Driving license is a must
