**SHES Trainer Responsibilities**:

- Support in analyzing and assessing the SHES training needs and perform such analysis periodically and updating the Training Matrix periodically.
- Support in preparing and developing SHES training and testing modules/packages relevant to the Project and translating English into the language being taught.
- Reviewing all SHES training modules/packages and verify adequacy and standards
- Keeping records of trainees’ attendance and ensuring that training assessment is done on completion of the training
- Ensure that the training database is kept up to date for persons who complete training
- Support craft training as required
- Maintain relevant certifications, memberships and engage in self-development
- Engaging manufactures and experts to ensure training material is accurate and current

**SHES Training Coordinator Qualification**:

- **Int. recognized qualification Training Certificate or Diploma**:

- 5+ years’ experience in health and safety.
- Must have experience in the **Oil and Gas** Industry.
- Should provide **secondment letter/Work Permit.**
