**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of all **mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP)** systems.
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot problems, and carry out timely repairs to ensure system efficiency and safety.
- Conduct preventive maintenance as per schedules and ensure all service records are properly updated.
- Support in installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP equipment and systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance calls and emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures at all times.
- Report maintenance issues and suggest improvements to enhance system reliability and performance.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Diploma / ITI in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as an MEP Technician, preferably in a **facility management or maintenance environment**.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical panels, lighting, pumps, and plumbing systems.
- Good knowledge of safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,000.00 per month
