**Job Title**

To supervise and manage all structural construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise execution of structural works (steel & concrete) as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Review IFC drawings and identify discrepancies or constructability issues.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment.
- Monitor and report daily progress, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Interface with subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Maintain site records including daily logs, inspection reports, and site instructions.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in structural supervision (preferably in [e.g., industrial, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects]).
- Proficient in reading structural and construction drawings.
- Familiar with international codes and standards (ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocode).
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
