**Job Description** Join AECOM's 2026 Graduate Program**

Are you passionate about the future of digital design and construction? AECOM’s **Digital Delivery team** is looking for a **Graduate**to join our program and help deliver smarter, more sustainable infrastructure using cutting-edge digital tools, BIM and workflows.

**Role Overview**: As a Graduate Digital Delivery, you will support our multi-disciplinary teams in integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) into the design and delivery of major projects across the region. You’ll work with a team of digital specialists, engineers, and architects using innovative platforms like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM360 to drive efficiency, collaboration, and design excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination and management of BIM models across disciplines.
- Support the development of 3D and 4D models for design, planning, and construction stages.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure models comply with project requirements and BIM standards.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to digital innovation initiatives.

**Qualifications** Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in **Civil Engineering or Architecture**from an accredited University.
- Successful applicants must have achieved a **minimum GPA of 3.3 or 2:1**(or equivalent) and above.
- If you hold a Master’s degree, it must **have started within 12 months** of finishing your Bachelor’s to meet the program’s continuous education requirement.
