Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Customer Interaction:
Engage with customers to understand their HVAC spare parts needs and recommend appropriate products.

Provide technical support and guidance on HVAC spare parts and systems.

Process sales orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Product Knowledge:
Maintain a thorough understanding of HVAC systems, components, and spare parts.

Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and technologies related to HVAC.

Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management to ensure optimal availability of spare parts.

Collaborate with suppliers to source and replenish inventory as needed.

Relationship Building:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.

Sales Strategy:
Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional activities to increase product visibility and sales.

Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new sales opportunities.

Reporting and Administration:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in sales, preferably in HVAC or related industries.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and spare parts; technical certification is a plus.

**Skills**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Proficient in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:
May require occasional lifting of heavy parts and equipment.

Work may be conducted in a retail environment or at customer locations.

Competitive salary with commission based on sales performance.
