**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Waiter/Waitress to work within Flow Specialty Coffee. If you have experience as a Waiter/Waitress in Food and beverage environment, and you are enthusiastic, passionate about delivering good customer service; then we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Greeting guests warmly and escorting them to their tables.
- Presenting menus and providing detailed information on menu items.
- Taking accurate food and drink orders and relaying them to the kitchen staff.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Handling guest inquiries, comments, and complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

**Work Experience & Knowledge**
- Familiarity with all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
- Ability to describe dishes accurately and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Awareness of daily specials, promotions, and any changes to the menu.
