Designation: Testing and Commissioning Electrical Engineer

Experience: 5 Years

Location: Doha, Qatar

**Salary**: 6000 QAR to 8000 QAR

Project Duration: Permanent

**Education: B.Tech/ B.E Electrical Engineering (Full time Mandatory)**

**People only required with valid QID and locally available**

Roles:

- Independently perform testing and commissioning of **11kV switchgear panels**, **transformers**, **protection relays**, **circuit breakers**, and associated substation equipment as per Kahramaa standards.
- Prepare and submit detailed testing reports, ensuring alignment with project documentation and compliance requirements.
- Execute insulation resistance, continuity, contact resistance, functional, and interlock testing.
- Conduct configuration, secondary injection, and functional logic testing of **various protection relays**.
- Operate and interpret results from a wide range of testing kits (e.g., **OMICRON, CPC 100, Megger**, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and maintain **low and medium voltage switchgear**, **battery chargers**, **CTs**, **VTs**, and other critical electrical assets.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, project teams, and Kahramaa representatives for inspections and approvals.
- Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper implementation of the **Permit to Work (PTW)** system.
- Ensure all activities comply with **Kahramaa** standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
