About the role:
As HR Specialist, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition:

- Work with key line managers within HIA in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies.
- Support with processing of Annual manpower budget and creation of SRFs in accordance to approved manpower plan.
- Assist with the development of accurate job descriptions and the recruitment approval process.
- Support with creating MAC proposal based on R&B policies.
- Formulate and develop key R&B process and procedures.
- Administer benefit programs and policies to all eligible employees and ensure that relevant plans, documents, notifications and forms are updated accurately.
- Management of employee changes or salary increases which don’t involve the recruitment department.
- Conduct research on Human Resources best practice and make recommendations as appropriate.
- Assist with the development of accurate job descriptions and the recruitment approval process.
- Provide advice and assistance on the performance evaluation and development planning process.
- Advise on pay and other remuneration issues including promotions and transfers Communicate company policies, procedures and processes to the business.
- Gather data and statistical reports to inform the Business Support process.
- Assist with composing correspondence and memoranda, reports and documents.
- Set up, organize and maintain department records so that they are easily retrievable by department members.

Qualifications

About you:

- Relevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's level
- Min 5 years of experience
- Experience in HRBP functions
- Experience with Microsoft Applications
- Ability to communicate in English language both in spoken and written.
