**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and subcontractors.
- Plan and allocate tasks to team members based on project schedules and priorities.
- Inspect HVAC installations and maintenance work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC systems.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents related to HVAC systems.
- Monitor material and equipment needs and ensure timely procurement.
- Ensure all HVAC work adheres to company policies, health and safety regulations, and local codes.
- Conduct regular team meetings and toolbox talks to promote safety and efficiency.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on work progress, material usage, and manpower.
- Provide training and mentorship to HVAC team members to develop their skills.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation techniques, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting tools.
- Diploma or certification in HVAC technology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in HVAC Technicaian.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR1,700.00 per month
