AND HAVING KNOWLEDGE OF Perform general maintenance & repair tasks on civil infrastructure and facilities includes buildings, roads, sidewalks and drainage system. Conducts routine inspections and do maintenance / repair promptly. Carrying out minor repairs on plumbing and electrical systems and HVAC equipment as needed.. Assist in installation and maintenance of fixtures / fittings and equipment. Repair and replace damaged structure / components such as doors and windows. Assist in concrete patch works and landscaping including planting, pruning and maintaining green spaces Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
