**What will you be working on?**

**Own Social Media & Digital Presence**
- Own our strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Plan, create and publish content that reflects our brand voice and vision
- Track performance and optimize content based on engagement metrics

**Lead PR and External Communication**
- Be the face of Madad at events, panels, and conferences
- Build media and ecosystem relationships

**Create and manage marketing content**
- Collaborate with product, sales and design teams to produce high-quality collateral including decks, blogs, product videos, and campaign creatives
- Lead content-driven campaigns with consistent tone and brand alignment

**Align market insight with Madad’s vision**
- Translate strategic priorities into narratives that speak to customer needs and market expectations
- Use market feedback and trends to shape compelling narratives
- Drive thought leadership for Madad through strategic storytelling

**What are the required education and experience backgrounds?**
- 3+ years in marketing, communication, or brand strategy, preferably in tech or digital products
- Experience in handling social channels and content pipelines end-to-end
- Exposure to PR coordination and media engagement
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field
