We are looking for a dedicated and proactive **Storekeeper Assistant** to support the Storekeeper in managing inventory and storage operations. This role focuses on assisting with the receipt, organization, and delivery of goods while ensuring the warehouse remains well-maintained and efficient.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving goods and materials from suppliers.
- Help to inspect the quantity and quality of items to ensure they meet specifications.
- Organize and arrange inventory systematically for easy access.
- Record materials in the inventory system using manual or digital tools.
- Monitor stock levels and assist in preparing replenishment reports.
- Participate in periodic stock audits and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and deliver materials to relevant departments as required.
- Ensure the safety and security of the storage area and inventory.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: High school diploma or equivalent (preferably with a certificate related to inventory or logistics).

**Experience**: Previous experience in warehouse work or a similar field is preferred but not required.

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management software (ERP) and Microsoft Office.

**Personal Skills**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to perform tasks that require lifting and moving goods within the warehouse.
