Swimming Pool Maintenance Supervisor(Technician)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the pool maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed on time and to high standards.
- Perform regular inspections of swimming pools to check for cleanliness, water quality, and proper functioning of equipment.
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of pool areas, including pool decks, filters, pumps, and other equipment.
- Ensure that the water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.) is balanced and within acceptable standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to pool equipment, water quality, or maintenance systems.
- Ensure that all necessary chemicals, tools, and equipment are available for pool maintenance.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians on maintenance best practices and safety procedures.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety standards to ensure safe swimming conditions.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns related to pool maintenance in a professional manner.
- Ensure that maintenance records and reports are accurately kept and updated.
- Prepare schedules for maintenance tasks and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Perform hands-on technical work when required, including repairs and system installations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Technician or Supervisor with knowledge of pool maintenance, repairs, and systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train a team of technicians.
- Ability to perform hands-on technical work, including pool cleaning, repairs, and system installations.
- Knowledge of pool water chemistry, filtration systems, and safety protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and the team.
- Ability to work 11 hours a day, as required.
- Immediate availability for joining.
