**Job Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Swimming Pool Supervisor or in a similar role is a must.
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance, safety standards, and water chemistry.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the daily operations and maintenance of swimming pools to ensure they are safe, clean, and fully operational.
- Oversee and manage the pool maintenance team, ensuring they perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure proper pool water chemistry by regularly testing water and adjusting chemicals as needed to maintain optimal water quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lights, ensuring they are functioning properly.
- Coordinate and schedule pool maintenance tasks and ensure that equipment is serviced and repaired in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all safety standards and protocols are followed by the pool maintenance team, including the use of PPE and adherence to safety regulations.
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repairs of pool systems, including filtration, heating, and poolside equipment.
- Train and develop pool maintenance staff, ensuring they are up to date with the latest pool care practices and safety standards.
- Maintain records of pool maintenance, equipment repairs, and chemical adjustments for each pool under supervision.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the pool area, including the surrounding deck, tiles, and poolside equipment.
- Handle customer concerns and feedback, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and industry best practices regarding pool safety, maintenance, and environmental standards.
- Report any major pool issues or safety concerns to the management team and make recommendations for improvements.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Swimming Pool Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in pool maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of pool maintenance practices, water chemistry, and safety protocols.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently.
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable).

Pay: From QAR6,000.00 per month
