**Job Description - Social Media Executive**

**Position Overview**

**Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Design**
- Design visually compelling social media posts, product features, infographics, and digital catalogs.
- Create engaging **videos, reels, and short animations** for campaigns, promotions, and product demonstrations.
- Edit and optimize content for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
- Maintain brand consistency across all designs, videos, and communication.

**Social Media Strategy & Execution**
- Develop and implement a **comprehensive social media strategy** aligned with business objectives.
- Build **monthly content calendars** to ensure consistent posting and audience engagement.
- Plan and execute campaigns for **product launches, seasonal promotions, and exhibitions**.
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers through **organic and paid strategies**.

**Community Management & Engagement**
- Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, customers, and business partners.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to convert inquiries into leads.

**Analytics & Performance Tracking**
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, and leads generated.
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics insights and trends.
- Stay updated with **emerging social media trends, algorithms, and best practices**.

**Advertising & Paid Campaigns**
- Manage social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Conduct **A/B testing** to optimize ad performance.
- Work on lead generation campaigns specifically targeting **corporate clients, events, and businesses**.

**Required Software Proficiency**
- **Graphic Design**: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, CorelDRAW (preferred for packaging & print industry).
- **Video Editing & Animation**: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut (advanced).
- **Motion Graphics & Creative Tools**: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, or similar.
- **Content Planning & Scheduling**: Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later (or similar).
- **Analytics & Ads**: Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

**Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)**
- **Photography & Videography**: Ability to shoot product photos, lifestyle images, and short-form videos.
- **3D Packaging Mockups**: Experience with tools such as Adobe Dimension, Blender, or other 3D design software for product visualization.
- **AI-Based Tools**: Familiarity with tools like **ChatGPT (content ideation), MidJourney/Stable Diffusion (creative visuals), Runway AI (video editing)**, or other emerging AI-based design and marketing platforms.
- **Creative Storytelling**: Strong copywriting skills to build engaging captions and product stories.
- **Event Coverage**: On-site social media handling during exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field**.
- Minimum **2-3 years of proven experience** in social media management, preferably in **printing, packaging, advertising, or creative industries**.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
