**Asset & Acquisition Development Director - GCC Region**

Our client is a major force in the Middle Eastern Hospitality and is seeking a dynamic **Asset & Acquisition Development Director**, leading all new developments from identifying suitable building sites to acquiring established hotels, resorts, and general hospitality services across the GCC region. This is a pivotal role, perfect for a senior manager with a background in non-operational roles, overseeing expansions of hotel companies.

**PLEASE NOTE**:This role is NOT for a current Hotel General Manager, but for a former GM who has transitioned i**nto non-operational leadership, driving hotel expansions.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Spearhead the identification and acquisition of new properties and hospitality ventures within the GCC region.**:

- **Initiate and cultivate relationships with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders to expand the portfolio.**:

- **Oversee due diligence processes, negotiating contracts, and securing necessary licenses and approvals.**:

- **Collaborate closely with local authorities and third-party entities to navigate regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.**

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- **Proven track record in asset and acquisition management within renowned hospitality brands such as Rotana, Jumeirah, or Marriott.**:

- **Extensive experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, transitioning into strategic development roles.**:

- **Fluent in Arabic with substantial experience working in Saudi Arabia, adept at navigating local regulatory environments and establishing key partnerships.**:

- **Strong negotiation skills and the ability to drive multiple projects concurrently.**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.**:

- **Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Negotiable based on qualifications and fit.**

**Location: GCC region, with flexibility for travel as required.**
