**Role Summary**:
The ERP Support Specialist will serve as a team member who supports in ERP issues and supporting the project and Project Manager in day-to-day activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot SAP issues, support users, and assist with Microsoft suite integration (e.g., Power Apps, Power BI).
- Ensure Compliance and Quality Assurance.
- Ensuring activities align with governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Education**:

- Associate/Bachelor’s in IT; 2-5 years in SAP support; basic Microsoft suite knowledge Proven experience working within a structured project management environment.

**Certifications**:
ITIL Foundation, SAP Certified Associate - Support Consultant.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Familiarity with IT frameworks and analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.

**Key Competencies**:

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
