We are looking for an Assembler who will be responsible to performs assembly and disassembly of valves based on standard operating procedures including pressure and functional testing, calibration of control valves, Ball valves and settings of electrical actuators. Also perform different operations in workshop such as marking, labelling and coordinating with other departments as per requirement.

**Requirements**:

- Responsible for maintaining safe workplace and comply with Flowserve
- applicable Safety, Health and Environment standards, policy, rules and
- procedures.
- Report safety incidents, unsafe conditions and /or potential hazards.
- Ensure proper housekeeping is done within the workstation and use tools
- and equipment safety.
- Assemble valves / actuators based on Standard Operating Procedure or
- routine assembly and dismantling practices.
- (manual, electric or air), torque wrenches, hoists, scissor tables and valve /
- actuator testing equipment to ensure product meets quality requirements
- Performs equipment change-over if required to assemble or dismantle
- valves / actuators for testing.
- Responsible for valve quality adjusting as necessary to produce
- product within specifications. Reject product outside of specifications.
- Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and obey all safety
- requirements.
- Calibration of control valve positioners.
- Settings, Calibration and servicing of electrical actuators [FF / Mod us / Hart]
- Complete daily production and valve specifications logs as required by
- supervisor.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production line machinery.
- Attend customer site service calls if required (25% of work is expected to
- be at site).

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to use hand tools which may include various wrenches.
- Use clear and effective elementary verbal communication skills to express ideas and request actions.
- Work with guidance plan, organization, and prioritize activities to efficiently meet business objectives.
- Work with guidance to understand policies and procedures, while making sure they match organizational strategies and objectives.
- Work to optimize the utilization of production plant, equipment, and materials.
- Work at a basic level to perform computer-aided design (CAD).
- Certification in the field and 2- 4years relevant experience.
