We are looking for a competent Fashion Retail - Operations Manager who will manage the daily operations of the business to be carried on in an appropriate and cost-effective way to ensure smooth running of the business.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage all store operations, optimist sales and profits, support and implement action plan, Marketing & other in-store initiatives.
- Develop operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements; implement processes for receiving the product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping.
- Review and analyze stocks and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
- Prepare and participate in the preparation of sales budgets and ensure sales and profitability are in line with market budgets.
- Ensure skill development of showroom staff through Learning & Development.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Understand market dynamics (demographics, consumer behavior, market understanding, etc.).
- Lead and motivate the retail operations team of the fashion brand to deliver the plan.
- Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective action to be taken.

**Qualifications & Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or another related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of HSE and safe manufacturing practices.
- Must have knowledge of business processes and functions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
