Description:

- PRODUCTION MANAGER- Responsible for producing safe and quality products and meeting sales requirement and timely delivery of products and services as per schedule time.
- To maintain factory operations hygienic and produce safe quality food products by reducing customer complaints and enhancing process and developing sub ordinates to achieve production target objective.

**Responsibilities**:

- The Production Manager provides leadership and direction to the plant in areas of responsibility including
administration, production, processing, packaging, scheduling, sanitation, quality, purchasing, safety and
environmental issues.
- Responsible for performance of production, packaging & receiving operations focusing on cost, quality,
safety, & employee environment.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and improve manufacturing processes & equipment with assistance from Project & Operations Managers and support teams.
- Monitor and oversee the quality of the finished product by maintaining the equipment and facility ina sanitary and optimum condition.
- Promote & enforce quality & safety programs and policies in order to reduce employee accidents and injuries and conduct safety and process training to produce quality safe products. Promote & enforce GMP’s, Food Safety, quality & sanitation standards, to ensure product quality & integrity.
- Conduct quality training.
- Directs the overall activities of the manufacturing facility to ensure customer orders are received,
scheduled, and produced at the lowest possible costto meet the customer’s requirements whilemaintaining established safety and qualitystandards.
- Analyzes plant operations and key metrics to ensure that the facility maintains high quality and safety
standards to continue to maintain our leadership position in the industry.
- Is responsible for expense management and control, including labor and overhead costs.
Ensures that Standard Operating Procedures are developed and maintained for all aspects of the
business.
- Engages in the typical responsibilities of a manager requiring planning, evaluating, organizing,
integrating, and delegating.
- Provides management of employees directly or through supervisors to ensure effective selection,
retention, development, disciplinary action andperformance management.

**Required Qualifications & Competencies**:

- **Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Dairy Science & Technology, or Food Technology/related field, or equivalent experience**:

- **Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Dairy & Juice manufacturing.**:

- **Must have quality and food safety certification certifications.**:

- **Minimum of 5 years’ experience at a managerial level in a Dairy and juice Industry.
