Establishing, monitoring, implementing and improving the company quality management system for office and sites
- Draws or reviews policies and procedures,
- Advises top management for best practices.
- Escalating critical items immediately to Managing Directors when necessary
- Leading auditors for the annual overall audits, drawing final report.
- Preparing management quality review meetings and drawing Management Review Report
- Maintaining company(ies) ISO quality certificates and establish a good working relationship with ISO Certification bodies
- Supports projects in initial quality teams set-ups & laboratories, and along the way where necessary.
- Performs quality project management tasks when required
- Supports tender department for documentation required.
- Performs Vendors evaluation
- Establishes, maintains and improves company DC system
- Coordinates team of DCs in main office
- Prepares awareness system along several departments

**SKILLS**
- Degree in construction engineering, or quality
- Certificates in quality management systems internationally recognized
- Lead Auditor Certificate IRCA approved
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar position, with 3 years regional
- Minimum of 5 years site experience in civils and or buildings
- Experience in developing and delivering effective training on Quality Systems and Processes
- A logical and planned approach to all tasks
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal),
- An in-depth knowledge of International Quality Standards
- Strong analysis/problem solving skills
- Strong attention to detail/quality focus

**Salary**: Up to QAR35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
