located within Qatar in order to protect and safeguard the State and QP interest.

**Experience & Skills**
1. Over 10 years of experience in a reputed organization / audit firm preferably with exposure to Oil and Gas Industry with

good exposure in JVs / Investments Management, Management Accounting, Business Performance Review & Reporting,

Planning & Budgeting.

2. Exposure in the review of governance aspects (review of pre -read materials for the Board, Audit Committee, Operating

Committee) and in depth knowledge in IFRS preferred.

3. Good interpersonal, problem solving, analytical, communication, coordination, influence and presentation skills.

4. Good command of English language (verbal and written skills) and computer systems with expertise in Microsoft

Works with confidentiality, integrity and ethics; follows policies and procedures of the Corporation; proactive, innovative,

improvising and seeks opportunities for continuous improvement.

5. Ability to work effectively in diverse, virtual and multi-cultural environments. Readily available to assimilate information

and highly flexible in approach to adjust in changing environment.

**Education**
1. Bachelor Degree preferably in Commerce / Accounting / Finance, from an accredited University.

2. Professional Qualification and Membership of a recognized professional body (such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA) or MBA is

preferable.
