**BIM Manager - Key Job Responsibilities**
- Develop, implement, and maintain **BIM Execution Plans (BEP)** for all projects.
- Ensure adherence to **BIM standards, workflows, protocols**, and **Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS)** across all disciplines.
- Coordinate and integrate **architectural, structural, and MEP** models for clash detection and resolution.
- Lead and manage the **BIM team** (coordinators, modelers, and technicians), including remote/offshore teams in India.
- Monitor offshore BIM teams to ensure timely delivery of models, drawings, and documentation in accordance with specifications.
- Review and audit 3D models for **accuracy, compliance, and quality** in line with local authority requirements and project needs.
- Conduct **coordination meetings** to resolve model-related issues and maintain seamless collaboration between disciplines.
- Oversee the use and maintenance of **BIM software** such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant tools.
- Manage **Common Data Environment (CDE)** platforms such as BIM 360, Aconex, or ProjectWise.
- Provide **training and technical support** to project team members on BIM tools, workflows, and standards.
- Manage and update **BIM-related documentation, templates, and libraries**.
- Liaise with **clients, consultants, and contractors** to ensure BIM deliverables meet contractual and technical requirements.
- Generate **reports, model extracts, and visual presentations** for project stakeholders.
- Coordinate BIM deliverables in alignment with **project schedules and milestones**.
- Perform **model-based quantity take-offs (QTO)** and support cost estimation activities.
- Implement **BIM for Facilities Management (FM)** handover processes where required by the client.
- Drive **process improvements** and adoption of new BIM technologies, automation tools, and workflows.
- Ensure **data security and confidentiality** of BIM models and related project documentation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
