Appointment Booking Administrator

A well-renowned government organization is hiring an **Appointment Booking Administrator**:
**Requirements**:
- Should have a minimum of 2 years of clerical/secretarial experience.
- Should at least have a high school diploma. Should be proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Should be able to communicate in English. Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
- Staff will be responsible for supporting the delivery of patient care and customer service by providing secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the department or section, as required.
- Manage the flow of patients visiting the facility per day. Take payment for all services received using cashless payment system for all visiting patients.
- Transmits information or documents to customers, using a computer, mail, or facsimile machine in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manages routine queries and refers to those that are appropriate to the person who is responsible, as required. Assists in the preparation of reports, as instructed.
- Assists with the maintenance of database and filing system, both electronic and hard copy.
- Receives, screens, registers, distributes, and prioritizes all incoming mail, both electronic and hard copies.
**Education**:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Clerical/Secretarial: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- Arabic (preferred)
