**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Architect - Interior Designer** with over **10 years of proven experience** in architectural and interior design projects, holding a valid **UPDA certification**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and present **conceptual, schematic, and detailed interior design solutions** in line with project requirements.
- Prepare **architectural drawings, interior layouts, and 3D visualizations** using design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Lumion, etc.).
- Select **materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting concepts** aligned with design themes and client budgets.
- Ensure compliance with **Qatar Construction Standards (QCS), local authority regulations, and international codes**.
- Lead the **coordination between consultants, contractors, and suppliers** to ensure timely execution of design intent.
- Conduct **site inspections** to monitor quality, progress, and adherence to design specifications.
- Prepare and review **tender documents, BOQs, and technical specifications** for interior works.
- Provide **value engineering recommendations** without compromising design quality and aesthetics.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure **client satisfaction** and adherence to project timelines.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture / Interior Design** (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid **UPDA Certification (Qatar)** - minimum Grade C/B/A depending on project requirements.
- Minimum **10 years of professional experience** in architectural and interior design projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating **residential, commercial, and hospitality interior design works**.
- Proficiency in **AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite**.
