We are looking for a **Cybersecurity Project Coordinator**for one of our clients with the following details:
**Location: Doha, Qatar - Onshore**

**Start Date: OCT-2025**

**End Date: SEP-2027**

**Work Scheme: Residential, Single**

Qualification and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, tools, and frameworks.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM and GICSP or CISSP certification are a plus.
- Knowledge of OT/ICS environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of cybersecurity risk management and governance.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., energy, oil & gas, utilities).
- Familiar with company general specifications is a plus, and with relevant international codes and standards.
- A strong organizational and multitasking skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills and good communication and analytical skills.
- Language: fluent English.
- Ability to travel and work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment

Accountabilities
- Coordinate and track cybersecurity activities across Company, Contractors, and Suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify that all prerequisites for cybersecurity tasks are established and fulfilled by Contractors/Suppliers prior to initiating any related activities.
- Monitor and follow-up on key deliverables from Contractors and Vendors, including reports, asset inventories, execution plan, IP address lists, punch lists, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure effective management of assigned cybersecurity tasks in alignment with the project execution plan and contractual obligations, covering all applicable requirements.
- Track and manage cybersecurity deviations and change orders, ensuring timely and proactive responses from the Company to relevant Contractor/Supplier inputs.
