**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop Active and Passive IT infrastructure, Telecom, ELV, Security Fire Alarm, Queue Management, CCTV, Access Control, and Clinical IT systems.
- Develop designs for low current and extra-low voltage systems, including automatic controls, BMS, SCADA, and related electrical utility systems.
- Prepare design calculations, specifications, tender documents, and design drawings for various projects.
- Participate in design progress meetings, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Liaise with Local Authority Departments to obtain approvals during all stages of the design process.
- Coordinate with Sales Engineers, Installation Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other team members to ensure smooth design integration.
- Communicate with vendors to acquire necessary Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material costing.
- Work with vendors’ technical teams to resolve design-related issues and propose technical solutions.
- Ensure the use of converged backbone, IP telephony, and other modern technologies in designs.
- Attend design review meetings and ensure the timely progress of design projects.
- Supervise and ensure the implementation of QA/QC procedures during design and construction.
- Offer guidance and support to draftsmen and other team members during design drawing production.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ELV, IT, Telecom, Security, Fire Alarm, CCTV, and similar low current systems.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and approval processes.
- Proficiency with design software, drafting tools, and technical resources.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with the latest technologies such as IP telephony, converged networks, and automated systems.
