JOB PURPOSE:
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Photographer/Videographer & Video Editor to join our Marketing and Communications team. This is a hands-on, creative role for a self-sufficient content producer who can manage the full process of creating professional visual content, from concept and shooting to editing and delivery.

As the sole visual content creator for Hassad group, you’ll be responsible for producing a wide variety of high-quality assets that showcase our investments, corporate projects, events, products, and internal communications. This includes corporate videos, product photography, styled shoots with props, social media videos, and event coverage.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Capture and edit corporate videos, promotional content, and branded storytelling pieces for internal and external use.
- Produce product photography and styled shoots using props for web, print, and social media.
- Film short-form videos for social platforms, including product teasers, campaign content, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Cover internal and external events, conferences, launches, and investment showcases.
- Operate a range of high-quality video and photo equipment, including drones (with valid certification/license).
- Manage pre-production planning, including shot lists, storyboards, lighting, and location setup.
- Handle all post-production work: editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and final delivery.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and accessibility requirements.
- Organize and maintain a digital media archive and equipment inventory.
- Stay up to date with visual trends, social media formats, and production best practices.

**Job Specifications**

Essential/Minimum

Education and Academics:

- Bachelor’s degree in photography, Film Production, Cinematography, Media Arts, Visual Communications or a related Field.

Work Experience:

- 8+ years of professional experience in photography, videography, and video editing, ideally in an agency, and/or corporate field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating corporate video production, product photography, and social media content
- Strong storytelling ability, creative eye, and high attention to detail.

Computer and technical Skills:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom) and/or Final Cut Pro
- Skilled in using a variety of professional camera equipment, lighting setups, and audio tools.

Specific Certifications:

- Skilled drone operator with experience of capturing high-quality aerial footage

Competencies & Behavioral Indicators:

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
