**REGIONAL OPERATION MANAGER**

MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational effectiveness of retail stores within the assigned region, as well as developing and leading the operations strategy for the region by partnering with the corporate Sales team. The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to: inventory control, maintenance and store upkeep, operations team recruitment and development, on boarding and training, asset protection, policy enforcement, and store planning projects.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implementing policies and procedures - Ensure that all operational policies and procedures are kept up-to-date.
- Stores Facility/Store Planning -Liaise with store planning personnel on all store projects, construction, minor works, and renovations. Support Operations Managers to ensure effective project management of store projects.. Build and maintain relationships with sub-contractors and vendors and ensure that stores are provided with necessary information.
- Financial - Ensure that proper procedures are being met with regard to cash, credit card and check processing, and petty cash.
- Inventory - Support Operations Managers with the scheduling and coordination of inventory and cycle counts.
- HR & Asset Protection - Support Sales and Human Resources on performance management of Operations staff, making recommendations when necessary and supporting Management with performance management when needed.
- Retail Performance - Evaluate operations in the region on a regular basis and make process improvement or simplification recommendations to reduce workload for the stores and ensure that standards are maintained.
- Information Systems - Support region on training of new system roll-outs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Female - can speak both English and Arabic
- Experienced working with major cosmetics brands or similar field
- Locally available - Residing in Qatar with valid QID
- Immediate joiner
- Salary is open and negotiable
