**Primary purpose of job**
We are looking for a leader whose background is in Information Technology field in particular the Human Resources

Information Systems (HRIS) area to fill-in the role of Head of HR Business Support within the HR Business Systems
- Supervise, coordinate and monitor the preparation and development of various projects in the assigned discipline.
- Participate in feasibility studies, assessing requirements, identifying business and system design and the analysis,

development, testing and implementation of end-to-end business solutions within the HR Department.
- Evaluates project progress at the defined phases to ensure it meets requirements within the approved quality and time in

coordination with the with Information Technology department.
- Develops strategic plans for Human Resource Business Systems and client-server systems implementations, in close

consultation with key stockholders.

**Experience & Skills**
The following summarizes the key experience that we are looking for:

- Appreciation of business practices in developing tenders and dealing with venders and suppliers withing the HRIS area.
- At least 12 years of experience in an Information Technology environment, 5 year experience in a supervisory position

with extensive experience in Business Analysis and significant experience in systems development, programming and

implementation, preferably within a Human Resource environment.
- Proven ability to manage projects and teams.
- Familiar with IT contracting and procurement methodologies.

**Education**
University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent degree.
