The Scaffolding Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all scaffolding activities on site, ensuring safe erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures in compliance with QE (Qatar Energy) and Permit to Work (PTW) systems. The role requires strict adherence to HSE standards, supervision of scaffolders, and coordination with project and safety teams to maintain a safe work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate all scaffolding operations, including erection, modification, and dismantling, ensuring compliance with project requirements and safety regulations12.
- Promote and enforce HSE initiatives and standards during all phases of scaffolding work, including regular site walks and safety briefings34.
- Implement and monitor the Permit to Work (PTW) system for all scaffolding activities, ensuring all permits are obtained and procedures followed4.
- Conduct site inspections and safety audits of all scaffolding structures to ensure they meet industry and company standards12.
- Plan and monitor scaffolding material inventory, ensuring availability and proper maintenance of equipment and consumables34.
- Inspect and assess the condition of scaffolding materials, rejecting any damaged or substandard items4.
- Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, inspections, and certifications2.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and leadership to scaffolding teams, ensuring work is carried out safely and efficiently12.
- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and contractors to coordinate priorities and resolve technical issues34.
- Troubleshoot and propose solutions for technical problems related to scaffolding and temporary works34.
- Ensure all scaffolding activities comply with QE, local, and international codes and standards4.
- Assist with estimation and planning during project bidding phases as required3.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Degree/HND/HNC in a relevant field preferred2.
- Minimum 4 years of scaffolding supervision experience in GCC, preferably in oil & gas or industrial projects2.
- Professional certification such as CISRS (Construction Industry Scaffolders Record Scheme) or equivalent2.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, safety regulations, and PTW systems14.
- Ability to inspect and certify scaffolding structures2.
- Leadership, team management, and effective communication skills12.
- Proficient in documentation, MS Office, and incident management systems4.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities2.
