**Job Purpose**:
To lead, develop, implement, and maintain the organization’s integrated Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) Management System across all projects and operational sites, ensuring compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001), legal regulations, and client requirements, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and monitor QHSE strategies, policies, and procedures in line with corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001) and manage certification audits.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
- Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, and safety audits across workshop, site, and marine/offshore operations.
- Ensure proper documentation of all QHSE activities, reports, permits, and statutory records.
- Provide QHSE training and awareness sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Develop emergency response plans and ensure effective implementation.
- Maintain liaison with local authorities and regulatory bodies regarding permits, audits, and inspections.
- Ensure the implementation of company-wide environmental sustainability programs.
- Act as the focal point for client QHSE audits and interface.

**Requirements**:
**Education & Certifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent mandatory.
- Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 is preferred.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 10 years of QHSE experience, at least 5 years in a managerial role within the **marine, oil & gas, power generation, or industrial energy** sector.
- Experience with **OEMs** such as **Wärtsilä**, **Siemens**, or similar engineering-driven environments is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience in managing high-risk operational environments and remote/multiple site locations.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of QHSE laws, regulations, and international best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to influence and build a strong safety culture.
- Advanced skills in incident investigation, HAZID, HAZOP, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency in QHSE management software and MS Office
