- _Ability to communicate in Arabic _(Native-level speaker)
- Recognised medical degree with specialisation in Ophthalmology
- Valid license or eligibility to practice in Qatar
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong communication skills and patient-centred care approach
